Monthly maintenance charges per flat are due by 10 June 2025. Late payment attracts a fine. Pay via bank transfer, UPI, or at the Club House office.

Certified AMC with annual inspection compliance for lifts in all 8 towers. Emergency helpline and 24-hour response SLA.

Maintenance of lawns, gardens, children's play area, walking track, trees and outdoor benches across the society premises.

Daily sweeping of all 8 tower lobbies, stairwells, lift cabins, parking areas and Club House — 7 days a week.

Dry/wet waste segregation, daily garbage collection from all towers, disposal coordination with Faridabad Nagar Nigam.

Management of Club House for resident events, committee meetings, celebrations and AGM. Booking managed through office.

Structured complaint tracking with escalation path through Tower Representatives and managing committee. Target 48-hour resolution.
